Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders and payments are processed within 2-3 days. Once orders are processed, item(s) will be shipped immediately unless a custom item(s), custom service(s), and non on-hand item(s) was purchased. *See below 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless stated otherwise.


*Custom items, services, and non on-hand items may take longer to ship.

Our Luxury Virgin Hair is not kept on hand to insure 100% availability of your total purchase, and freshness of raw product. Our Luxury Virgin Hair (bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs) may take about 2-3 additional days after payment processing before shipping. (In total, you should receive your item(s) in 7-9 business days or less unless stated otherwise)​ 

Custom Items such as custom wigs, hair color service, prints, etc. may take an additional 5-7 business days to complete before shipping. (In total, you should receive your item(s) in 10-14 business days or less unless stated otherwise)​ 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Business days include Mon-Fri, and do not include weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, and

on-hand products.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
