Domestic Shipping Policy: Non-Custom Items/Non-On Hand Items

Total Shipment Processing Time: 10-14 Business Days

Items Include: ALL Luxury Virgin Hair: Bundles, Bundle Deals, Lace Closures and Frontals, Lace Wigs, Headband Wigs, Closure Wigs, and More.


Domestic Shipping Policy: Custom Items and Services

Total Shipment Processing Time: 14-21 Business Days

Items Include: Signature Wig Collection, ALL Custom Units, Custom Services (color services, customization services, and/or cut services), and More.

Our Luxury Virgin Hair is not kept on hand to insure 100% availability of your total purchase, and freshness of raw product. Our Luxury Virgin Hair (bundles, closures, frontals, and non customized lace wigs) may take a total of

10-14 business days unless stated otherwise after payment processing to ship.

Our Custom items and services are made with extra time and love. Custom Items such as Custom Wigs and/or Custom Services, may take a total of 14-21 business days unless stated otherwise after payment processing to ship.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless stated otherwise.

Business days include Mon-Fri, and do not include weekends, public holidays, or announced vacation times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, and

on-hand products.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) may take a few hours to update.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
